KALLOS extra virgin olive oil - PDO "Sitia Lasithiou Kritis" is produced and standardized in Crete, Greece.

Quality characteristics


Light green, yellow-green.


Taste with a light sensation of freshly cut fruit and green plants (Mf > 3.0).


Bitter (Mb < 5.0) and spicy (Mp < 5.0).
Zero defect value (Md = 0.0).


< 0,4%.


The production, storage and standardization of "KALLOS" extra virgin olive oil - PDO "Sitia Lasithiou Kritis" comply with all specifications dictated by European legislation (BRC, IFS).

The determination of residues of phytopharmaceutical products is carried out in an accredited chemical and microbiological analysis laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, certificate number 848-4), while organoleptic evaluation of the olive oil is carried out by the Organoleptic Evaluation Laboratory of the Association of Greek Olive Oil Standardization Industries (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, certificate number 809-4).
